Not my area, but I believe Egypt/Ottoman Empire, early 20th century.

egypt I think 1/20 qirsh or 1/40 girsh can't c the value and

1327 also can't c the year it wasmade in to blurry

Doing a quick search on Egypt 1/20 and 1/40 it looks more like the 1/20... Thanks for the info, and if anyone can read the date that would be great.

The second pic is upside-down.

Agreed, Egypt.
1327 series date, 2 regnal year = AH 1328 or 1910 AD
17 mm = 1/40 Qirsh (= 1 Para)
