Looks like N-4 to me based on star 6 pointing almost towards the tip of the coronet versus an N-5 which has star 6 way right of the coronet. Reverse is the large ONE CENT type so not N-3. Not sure what the description is all about, the diagnostics are pretty clear on this one.
I agree 100%. 6th star plus leaf positions on reverse confirm it. That coin isn't worth $10. Doesn't even look round. Even if it was the desirable Large date/stars/letters, it wouldn't be worth a whole lot in that condition. I saw a much nicer one sell last week for about $75...I wish I had bought it.
