Rings, pendants, key chains cuff links you name it if I can make it from a coin I have probably tried it.

its clad and its the fourth attempt the others split very light taps with the hammer about two hours for that one

Did you heat it up and pound at it on a mandrel to get it to curl over like that? All the ones I have seen in the flesh have no outside coin markings. If it is a trade secret I understand.

heat and use a nylon hammer the leather hammer is too big.. and yes to the mandrel.. no secret.. it just takes a lot of work so most people don't bother.
