I just took a loupe to this 1965 ICCS PL65 cent and thought, "Look at that scratch!" Nothing is noted, naturally, on the flip. Is it a strike through or did ICCS not know and ignored it?
That would be a strange shape for scratch. If there's no evidence that it was scratched through the ICCS holder, it is probably a strike-through that was ignored when it was graded.
I don't have much experience with these, so that's why I was looking for more opinions. Pics are tricky through the flip, but if more are needed, just let me know.
Struck through wire... ICCS tends not to spend too much looking at the reverse...
