1965 Prooflike Cent - Strike Through?

chequer Pillar of the Community Canada 4227 Posts	Posted 09/24/2015 3:57 pm I just took a loupe to this 1965 ICCS PL65 cent and thought, "Look at that scratch!" Nothing is noted, naturally, on the flip. Is it a strike through or did ICCS not know and ignored it? Report this Post to the Staff

Pokermandude Pillar of the Community Canada 1192 Posts	Posted 09/24/2015 4:50 pm That would be a strange shape for scratch. If there's no evidence that it was scratched through the ICCS holder, it is probably a strike-through that was ignored when it was graded. Report this Post to the Staff
