Wow for a second there I really thought that was a 53-s with FBL...I started to about shake. Yours is a 53-D though.
Ms62-63 FBL maybe...I think NGC compares all the bell lines while PCGS just focuses on the bottom two.

I'm a little confused, with the dates and MM's you posted.
1st photo- 1953-? MS-65
2nd photo- 19?-D MS-65 95% bell lines.
3rd photo- 19?-S MS-64 .

I messed up the pictures then
1-3 photo 1953-s
The second photo is of 1950-d I have not moved the face of Franklin

The '53-s is MS64 and the '50-d is very close to FBL. Nice Frankies!
