A customer came in and asked if I could put together diamond earrings, I showed him the various selections and he said no....Dime on earrings. He wanted two Mercury dimes on a Jump ring attached to french clips that dangled. I asked him is that what she wants and he said no, she wants real diamond earrings but I can't afford them. I thought it was a bad idea, but I filled the order. Long story short, I saw him a few years later and asked him how it went, he said not to good and it was the beginning of the end of their relationship. hmmmm...wonder why. Sorry for side tracking the topic, but when I saw the wheat earrings it brought back a funny memory. I thought I would share. Report this Post to the Staff
