Today in a bank withdrawal I received a 2013 $20 star note.
It is from a full run of 3,200,000 so it will be spent.

Good morning, I think the top bill might even be the lowest serial number I have also. 1976 Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Misaligned treasurer seal. 1976 Federal Reserve of Kansas City.

So got a 2013 $20 star note in change.
The star note lookup shows this result.
"Search Result For: $20 2013 MG06704594 320,000 Run Size Sheets Replacement Type 4,480,000 Total Printed Total Printed: 4,480,000 ($20 2013 'G' District)"
On the total run graph it says less rare, but on the Run Size graph it's right in the middle.
So is it a keeper or a spender?
