Not necessarily if it's among the finest known. Tech's VF citation at $411.25 above is net graded, this is raw with no qualification noted. Not sure what this even went for, just a thought.

I know these all must look alike to many of you, but I want to show every new addition to the Series 1935 $1 Silver Certificate star set I'm putting together. This is the 1935F star, again very common but a nice example:

Nice add MRFrog. It appears you and I are working on a similar set in the same grade Are you doing just the 1935 - 1935H to include the motto add in 1935G - this is all I am doing. Or are you including the experimentals, Africa, and Hawaii stars as well?

Scott - I'm just doing the 1935 Plain through H star set, including the 1935D Wide, Narrow and 18/Sheet varieties and the with/without mottos of the 1935G. I'm excluding the 1935 Plain and 1935A mule stars, one of which is astronomical in price as you know. The total set here is 12 notes. I'll show more as they come in, just four to go. Oh, and many of mine are 65s not 66s.

Added this to the set yesterday, a 1935D Narrow star, one of three star varieties for this series designation (Clark/Snyder, issued from 1949 to early 1953). I found this slightly harder to find than the Wide version, but it's still a pretty common note.

Nice find western. QT - an ever expanding convenience store started and based out of my neck of the woods. MrFrog - beautiful note. And certainly true the WIDE is fairly but not as easy to find as one would think. Great adds folks
