Typically a "free gift" is something you get after spending MUCH more money than you could have bought the coins for elsewhere.

Exactly. You sign up for there Morgan dollar club (or other coin) and after you have purchased a certain number of them (somewhat overpriced) they send you a free album.

You won't get the "free" album until you have purchased several of the coins at very inflated prices.

Always remember that Littleton is famous for sending STUFF to people and asking them to pay for it. Don't get on their mailing list.
