Well, first

I do not think that is a coin. A coin will normally have an identifier of the political state that created it in words or pictures.

By the way this has broken it looks to be a low quality alloy (if it is metallic at all).
It is likely some type of token, toy, seal, or advertizing piece.

What does it look to made of? metal, plastic, fiber, etc.
Do you know of any company or group that uses either of the symbols on it?
