Looks to me like MD or Die Deterioration on the MM, and a chip near the rim.

Looks like a worn or old die that deteriorated it can make things look doubled, tripled etc due to the die been worn out.

deteriorated die causing any doubling. Just look at how pronounced the flow lines are. The is super vlds. As to the die chip, it would have to involve the rim to be a Cud. Yours is hugging the rim so it's a chip
