I am thinking about tossing those myself. I'll have to open the other package and see if those are the same way.

I would complain and see if they will offer replacements. Worst they can do is say no.

I opened up the other package. Those are defective too. So I ended up ordering a bundle of 100 for $5.99 on ebay.
