Gold_to_Silver Ratio is peaking again.

The last two times when they happened, Gold_to_Silver ratio went down for several years. Which implies, Silver will outperform Gold, regardless of the direction.

@Northerncoins,

You're right; technically there is no confirmation for peaking yet. But looks like we're historically close to it.

I don't have data for 1997; looks like there was a peak but not high enough, I guess.

But the idea I am trying to deliver, is that Silver might be a better investment for the next six years than Gold.

I don't need a chart to tell me that but it's nice to see some semi-confirmation

Today's gold spot up 1.9%, silver spot up 2.4%

GSR has reached an extreme that it is favoring silver now.

We'll have to wait to see how temporary this is as it could be just a quick shelter due to uncertainty from a jobs report that was 30% below estimtes

My guess is, gold will have one more pop to 1,150~1,160 area; and then down again. Gold futures report showed commercial traders building up their short contracts.

However, silver spot might hold up; this will cause GSR to drop as I expected.
