On the authentic ones. The rear hind leg is always weakly struck along with the E pluribus Unum is a bit weak. Yours looks alright from the pictures.

Here's mine (PCGS VF-30) for you to compare to.
If I recall correctly that scratch between the front and back legs pointing down to the left is also a diagnostic.

The diagnostics are all visible (but some are weak). The motto is weak and well seperated from the buffalo. The hind leg is very weak. The "pee line" dots from the middle of the buffalo to the mound are visible, but weak. On the Indian, the back feather is seperated from the back of his neck.

I would not hesitate to own this coin and would grade it fine to very fine.
