Well I learned more about credit unions than I had from trying to get an account at one. Thanks.
I use Skin So Soft lotion in both warm and cold months because its a good moisturizer and also contains something that seems to be a very effective mosquito repellent. Switched to it year ago when they stopped selling DEET and never went back.

You can't just walk in and get a business account.
More lies from people wearing blinders and thinking their small corner of the world is the same for everyone. Must be nice wearing those rose-tinted glasses cause everyone obviously can get boxes of halves as easily as arby and Jack does. Large dollars bags are overflowing to everyone like they come to Mr. Click or coinsrus1000.
Wait, this isn't true because we are in a thread talking about how hard it is to get coins. So maybe your statement isn't true either?
YOU couldn't just walk into YOUR bank and open an account for YOUR business. I walked in with the federal tax number and an amount to deposit and opened a business account. No minimum balance required either. Different banks operate differently, and your TYPE of business will determine some other factors as well as the type of business account you get. All those fancy bells and whistles they call "features" for the accounts make a difference in what it takes to get them and even IF a credit check is required!
Please don't state your anecdotal evidence and universal truth. As I said in regard to "legal tender" thread, banks do different things as they operate under different state laws. You will have to check your state laws and the bank o see what you can do. I suspect for more people than not, just having the tax number and some money to deposit and they will get a business account.
This might upset you, but then maybe the same sort of advice you are giving to people wanting to CRH that the bank doesn't want them and to just suck it up effectively, should be taken by yourself? Maybe the bank made you jump through all those hoops because they didn't really want you as a business account holder, thus tried their best to make it harder for you to get a business account?
So do you side with the banks that made you jump through those hoops to open your business account, while it took me only $200 opening deposit and about 30 minutes to open mine; or might you want to side with the people that figure this is all nonsense and a business account and getting coins to CRH should be as easy as pie for anyone?
at least 21 and want to open a business account for your self-employed lawn mowing, get that tax number and go to a bank and try to make a business account. I would bet anything that in most states it would be an easy task and there is your access to boxes of coins as a service to the banks business customer. Now don't abuse it by ordering 30 boxes a week, or bringing the coins back because no business uses that much change locally, nor does it use coinage that poorly that they would get so much out that they are bringing it ALL back.
I never tried but asked if it would be a problem at my bank to get 1 box of everything a month, and they asked me too "just try to spread it out over the month cause those boxes can be heavy for both of us".
EVERYONE, check your state laws and banks policies before you believe ANYTHING you read on the internet. I said that several times in the "legal tender" thread, but it needs to be expressed over and over it seems for people to get it. Their is NO universal policy that banks or states must follow regarding coinage unless you have a debt with them.
