I believe that it has some relevance to my family history. ANY information that anyone could offer about the images on this coin, or the coin itself, would be greatly appreciated! Of the bat it looks like a jewelry piece, but I as far from an expert as you could find on ancient coins. there are some very smart people here. I am sure thery will be along to id this for you. Bob L, those links are EXACTLY what I was hoping someone could point me towards! thank you! I too am sure that my coin is a fake, but it's sentimental value is through the roof! Lol But now I know what it is a replica of, and that in itself helps me along my path to enlightenment :) Thank you all again!
