This piece could tolerate quite a bit of additional wear before you could no longer make out the date and mintmark and I would expect to see that additional wear before calling it Poor. I guess it should not receive a CAC sticker since for a lowball collector it is not high-quality for the assigned grade. Report this Post to the Staff
