It looks like a gem 65 in the images. There's a couple little contact marks that might hold it to 64 but with the luster/strike they shouldn't.

I'm at 65 - beautiful coin. I'm guessing the luster is pretty good.

I wouldn't go as high as 65, mainly because of the distracting marks on the obverse- notably the scratch on Liberty's tiara (not sure what to call it) and the ding on her nose, which kind of looks like a nose ring.
