found this on my '39 today using the USB Scope

It could be DDO-002, need better image without the glare, due to the spreads are minute, but 1939 DD are like the lesser known doubled die, and the premium are even less.

The better doubled die for this date is the DDO-003 and DDO-004, but the DDO-004 appears on proof only.

Not much better, perhaps a single light source and shoot it at a slight angle. I tried playing around with the image you have above, but there too much color variations to focus on the date area.
