it's a small copper coin about the size of a cent.

I believe it is a Pai from the Indian state of Hyderabad KM-Y34

The date is at the bottom of the toughra
Looks like AH 1324 (1906AD) Which would make it KM Y35, 2 pai.
A coinof 1 pai does not exist for this date
