don't think so its a dutch provincial coin

My best guess is Indonesia, though it could have gone anywhere. From what I can determine the Netherlands didn't dump worn out silver coins into their colonies, but it could have gotten there via trade routes. Once there it would have circulated easily among base metal duits and debased silver stuivers.
