Bobby, I don't know how to approach this one. Maybe XF-45 cleaned. The gouge on the cheek, the obvious whizzing, the photos that do not appear to be yours and no reverse photo lead me to think that maybe this is a sarcastic request and someone has this listed on ebay as MS-67 or something. Of course, I could be completely misinterpreting your request in which case I stand by my grade opinion. Thanks, Jim

I would have graded it AU but the giant nick in the cheek severely detracts from the eye appeal. it looks very well struck to me, I would give it a grade of EF cleaned.

Ok..im going to give it go. I dont know much about grading but I do see it has very little wear so it cant be a circulated coin. There is a huge gouge in the cheek..ouch! Looks like it could have been cleaned with abrasives due to the hairline scratches in the back ground.
I'm not afraid to be wrong or way off.
MS-66
How'd I do Bobby?

Major hairlines and that divot on the cheek... ouch.

Sarcastic I think that may be the first time anyone ever insinuated that I was vague.

If has any wear at all it can't be uncirculated ,,so very little wear amounts to almost Uncirculated

I love the guarantee: quote: Numismatic Authentication Company (NAC) guarantees this legal tender coin to be minted by the US Mint and guarantees such for the full purchase price of the piece.
Isn't that $1?

I am again limited here at work (slow day) and I can't view the ebay link that Bobby posted, but I would bet dollars to donuts that this is an offering from CoinMadz and it's graded MS-66. I think all of his coins need to be wire brushed to fit into those NAC holders. Vaslin ... the guarantee is just for authenticity, not grade. If you discover that the coin in the holder is counterfeit, they will refund the money you paid for it. Although there are Morgan and Peace counterfeits, it's not too difficult to recognized them. I've REACHED P_DOM!

Bobby,
I am relieved. I saw your request and saw the coin and thought it had to be a joke. I hesitated in fear of looking like an idiot when you reveal that it is an ultra rare 1927 VAM-xx "Exposed Cheekbone" dollar.
Thanks for the laugh,
Jim
