1860 Indian MD Or Die Deterioration

My latest addition to my 7070, 1860 Indian cent MS63. Initially thought this had some MD but the effect can be seen on both sides of some of the devices which makes me think Die Deterioration (or can it be both). The same issue is on both the obverse and reverse. Already cracked out and now in its new home.
