1960 Jefferson nickel WDDR-034 Proof Quadruple Die Reverse

I went through so many proofs today was looking like all the coins were duds.
Was ready to quit for the day then this little guy popped up under my cheap plastic loupe.

I think this is the quad but it might be a triple?

any comments, suggestions or feedback always welcome..

Very strong Class II quadrupling showing on the E PLURIBUS UNUM, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and FIVE CENTS. Also some nice doubling also shows on LLO of MONTICELLO and the right side of the building.

Hard to snap shots of proofs with the reflections. Looks like trip's I think. Wait for the big guns though. Paydirt after a long stretch!

The images look great. The glare is distracting. So try a diffuser to remove glare and you will be there. Looks like a tripled die from the "P" on PLURIBUS. Nice find.

Tip for the day:
When taking images of a doubled die, don't point the light in the direction of the hub doubling. Have the light fall over this area as the light and shadows will look better.

Note how the light passes over the area, showing the spread easier. You often have to rotate the coin 180 degrees different than you would think would be better.

Lower light also is a big help:

See how light and shadows give you a better image?

might be TDR 1960 WDDR-038 Proof has all the same pop areas but triple

Strong Class II tripling shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM. Nice doubling also shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FIVE CENTS, LLO of MONTICELLO and the right side of the building.
