Quote: remind me what you use as a camera please Sure John, it's nothing special just a Dino-Lite Basic (with 3 of the 4 lights capped (with the wire shelving cap trick you taught us, John) for the close ups and my wife's old Nikon Coolpix 3700 which I always thought took pretty nice Macro shots. For shiny coins such as this I make sure I angle them slightly (reduces glare) and LED lighting. That's it, pretty simple, not super great but good enough.
