The 1980 1 cent also has weak spots such as queen's hair, beginning of Elizabeth, end of Regina, and top of leaves.

Yup!!

1963 was struck with an overlapped, previously struck coin, possibly looks like a few brockage (incuse) denticles.

1980 was struck with an overlapped, blank planchet (the orange peel texture is commonly seen with blank planchet overlaps.

Oh yeah. The 1963 is a hanging 3 too. You can't see it in this picture though. The angle isn't right.
