SPP-Ottawa Moderator Canada 10458 Posts	Posted 10/14/2015 10:21 am Most definitely not a specimen strike. Be very careful if purchasing 1970 specimen coins (other than the nickel dollar). Only about 1000 sets were made... Try studying the 1971 specimen strikes and closely observe the strike characteristics for each denomination. Pay attention to the squared letters of the legends, and the sharp-edged rims.
