What is this coin made of?

On my screen it has the look of silver (like a later antoninianus), but the ant did not yet exist and for a denarius it is not consistent with the S C in the reverse fields. Is this an As or did someone craft a fantasy piece?

Did some research online, and your coin is most likely not genuine. She held the title of Augusta for a little less than 70 days before her husband was assasinated. On top of her short tenure as empress, she and her husband were quite unpopular, due to her husband debasing Rome's currency. The coins of hated rulers are very seldom preserved by their subjects. This leads to a very rare coin, which is a prime candidate for counterfeiters.

Values for genuine coins range from about $100 up into the thousands. Your coin appears to be very pitted, which could be environmental or cleaning damage, but most likely indicates a cast copy.

You mean you have two of them? In that case, please post the other. If the dies match up, they are almost certainly counterfeits.

Even with such blurry pictures, I am of the opinion that this coin is a cast fake. Nothing about it looks right. Wrong style, soapy surfaces with mushy details, edge looks suspect. Doesn't look ancient at all

That's not a coin, but some sort of medal.
