My comments and questions only relate to the original post coin, and not the later medallion.

ok for anyone who's interested, the coin the first one, I've let a lot of jewelry shops check it out and it is 100% legit
Legit in what sense? Metal? Did any of those shops give you an identity reference to any standard numismatic work?
Let me repeat the question I asked earlier which you still have not answered:
Quote:
What is this coin made of?
On my screen it has the look of silver (like a later antoninianus), but the ant did not yet exist and for a denarius it is not consistent with the S C in the reverse fields. Is this an As or did someone craft a fantasy piece?
Did the jewelry shops tell you it is good silver? That would be good to know, but as for being authentically ancient that is not enough. Fake ancients can be made in good silver and often have been. We have the skill to systematically help you determine what you asked us for in the first place. But you need to address our questions.
