Can anybody list banks in the GTA that have rolls?
I went to 3 RBCs in Downtown Toronto and was told they rarely order rolls of coins. :(

I did all the name banks here in town and got the same answer from all of them 'we do not get new rolls in, we reroll your coins' ..

Quote: Its under "circulation and base". Found them and ordered. On another note, I just opened the $5 pack from the mint and I have 1 coloured quarter 3 non coloured and the 2 toonies. Now I could say I got ripped off or it's a major packaging error and sell for a couple of hundred

Sell it while they are the hot topic! It's probably the best way to make the most money, if that is what you want. You can always buy a couple packs for yourself from one of the dealers!
A picture would be nice!
Congrats

I've given up asking banks in the area where I live for new releases of coins. Only last week did my bank call me because they'd finally got in some new 20s with the queen's longest rein image. I think everyone in Alberta is cashing in their piggy banks!
As a general rule of thumb, banks located in a service area where their coin requirement are greater than what they take in from depositors are the best bet. Each branch of every type of bank has a coin volume limit, so if their regular depositors satisfy that quantity, they do not have to incur the expense of ordering more coin in. They simply recycle the existing coin they already have on hand.

If you want rolls of any circulating coins, as I mentioned earlier contact WINNIPEG MINTS bulk coin dept. just how dealers get their stock, handing fee and shipping.

The pack is awaiting stock at the mint. I've never had to wait for something to get back in stock.

Must have been temporary because they are available for purchase right now.
However, I wouldn't delay ordering. The Mint is advertising these packs quite heavily including TV ads. They will sell out quickly.

They're the best color circulation coins I have!! I just wish I could get more poppy coins. I probably will need to roll search to get them and the Canada flag coins I missed out on. I looked at my Twoonies and there's no waffling. Anyone else have none waffled toonies? I knew a guy on ebay that would sell them as a mint error. It would be interesting to know how many people got normal vs waffled toonies?

You'll be happy to know that the Collector Card is now out. Contains a $2 coin and one of each of the 25 cent coins. Cost $2.50 with free shipping and no tax. 1 per household / Limit of 1 per order. Just look under Circulation and B ASE
