I paid 140 euros for 10 Victoria rupees a 1/2 pice Bahawalpur and Ceylon 2500 1 rupee 1957 nickel from a good friend...How did I do?

The rich patina is hiding a lot of the nicks and scratches that may be found in the fields.
Cannot detect any wear so
MS60 at least.

Silver coinage was not circulated much by the Indian population; silver was used as a store of wealth. The copper / bronze coins bore the brunt of circulation.

RE Grade Almost UNC very slight wear/rub on highest points and rim.

RE Price 140 Euro is a very good deal I would say 10 silver Rupee coins worth around 250 Euro
