I have a Capped Bust Half in an NGC holder that is labeled an 1819/8. It appears to me to be an O-105 but the "stong bar" as described in Parsley (Overton) & Peterson does not appear strong at all. It does not appear to connect the loop and ball of the 9. Does this support the claim that it is not a true overdate and is instead a break between the loop and ball of the 9 and my coin is an early die state?
