is this coins different plating?right side more lighter and reflects light

Looks like the colors are slightly different because of circulation elements they have gone through.

I agree with Coop there are 1997 yellow jackets too but picture does not look like its a bright yellow.

Here is a picture of my 1995-D Brass Plated Planchet Strike

I know there are 1983, 1985-D, 1997, 1997-D & 1998

mint says possible on any date from 1983-1998

This one is a 1995-D question what is the weight or test for one?

According to another member here with excellent info biokemist6 "The brass plating is caused by zinc planchets left in the copper electroplating bath and dissolving over time."
