Here is another slabbed Morgan for your consideration.
Possible 7/8?
NOTES:
1. black dot on chin is almost invisible but is greatly exaggerated in photo.
2. white spot on reverse is glare.

The coin has an unnatural shine like it has been coated with something. The coin is a 1878 7/8tf. VF Details

Rich,

Does the holder say VF30 Details as ANACS does put a grade on a problem coin? Why does the photo show an shine on the obverse?

Photo of slab.
The "polish" I think is toning from bag storage.
