Hard to tell.

ENGLAND, CAMBRIDGESHIRE, county, 1/2 penny, 1795 beehive, INDUSTRY HAS IT'S SURE REWARD / stork R, PROMISSORY HALFPENNY, diagonally reeded edge.

This is Dalton Hammer D&H 15 or 15a or 15b. 15 has Edge Lettering "Payable in London" 15a has a milled edge and 15b has a plain edge. The plain edge is less common than the lettered edge which is less common than the milled edge. Value, not very much for any of the types, as it isn't EF/UNC and overall the type isn't rare, so maybe $20.
