TMK65, the latest serious study in Elymaean coins is by P.A. van't Haaff from 2007. Using van't Haaff for reference, your coin is from the reign of Kamnaskires-Orodes, early to mid 2nd century AD. These are indeed among the most popular of the coins from Elymais, probably due to that wacky hair of K-O's that always makes me think he must have a wet finger in an electrical outlet. I show three of mine from this ruler, below.
For cataloging, your coin is a van't Haaff type 12.3.1-1B.
Elymais was a semiautonomous vassal kingdom under the Parthians. It lasted from the mid-2nd century BC to the early 3rd century AD, when it was defeated (as were the Parthians) by the Sassanid invasion led by Ardashir I in 227 AD. It was located at the north end of the Persian Gulf, northwest of Persis and east of Babylonia in the southwestern part of what is now Iran.
