Dollars P 2015: disaster, it just looks like they did circulate for couple of years. Is it only here or are there more people having this problem?

The Johnson P mint I got is very poor in my opinion. The seller said all the P rolls he got were in bad shape condition wise.

I have heard a lot of reports about such an occurrence. Wouldn't have this problem if these coins were the same color as the other coins.
