Are you able to post sharper photos? My gut feel is that this one is fake but can't tell for sure from these photos.

It is not. Look at all of the raised bumps ("pimples"), indicative of a cast copy.

The reason I am not 100% sure it's fake, is that they got the die marriage correct and the dentils look fine.

It's hard to tell based on these photos because of the color and contrast.

My gut says its fake, but that's only because I don't trust ungraded Trade dollars.

On a side note, this is my 700th post :)

Too hard to tell for certainty from just those pictures. To be marketable in this day and age Trade dollars must be certified anyway.

They are getting to be like 3$ gold pieces..... there are more counterfiets around than legitimate coins!
