Nice unc. but I don't like what I'm going to call a Dirty Toned Coin. IMHO no eye appeal.

I don't think I can estimate the technical grade due to the toning combined with lack of photo clarity. As T-BOP indicated, I would have passed on this quarter due to poor eye appeal. Hopefully it looks much better in person (as is usually the case).
