1963 $1.00 note, circulated. No serial number or seal. I don't know if it missed the third printing, or if it was washed away. I told my mom I would look into possible value for it. Thank you in advance

The third printing includes the Fed district seal and numbers, which are present on this note. The serial numbers and Treasury Seal have likely washed off or been removed by artificial means.

Although the Fed seal and treasury seal are part of of the third printing they are not applied by the same press. It is possible for this to be an error. I am not saying definitively that it is. I am only saying that you cannot dismiss it as faked based on this.
