I'm thinking about joining the ANA. what are the differences between membership plans? I couldn't find anything but the prices on the ANA website. Also what kinds of NGC submitting privileges do you get? any other info would be helpful because I don't now much about how the ANA works. thanks!

ooh ok thanks! also, how does this effect the NGC submitting? I know you don't need to make an NGC account, if you have an ANA account, but are the fees the same?

It's the same fee structure. Once you have an ANA number, just mail in the ANA Membership application found on ngccoin.com asking NGC to create an account with submitter privileges.

Submission fees are the same but if you have the ANA membership you don't have to pay NGC a membership fee to get submission privileges. And I believe the ANA membership costs less than the NGC membership, and you get ANA benefits too.
