Well c'mon guys and gals, this is almost certainly a mushy weak-strike MS coin, which I would rate at MS-62 at best.
Rest in Peace

Not all scratches are on slab. and what is that stuff dripping out of Jefferson's eye ?
This one is going to be a wild guess ; MS-63 Details.

MS-62 and possibly details depending on what is going on with Jefferson's nose.

Tears of sadness, he's sad about his weak strike.

My thought was an AU, maybe a low MS, but on a weak strike.

Rich , are you pulling our legs with all these NNC slabs ?
Can you show us pics of all of them when ever you post a thread ?
one more question ; are you buying these NNC slabbed coins, or are you sending them in to NNC for grading ?
either way my friend, You Are Getting Burnt ! just MHO.

Not pulling your legs. I am sincerely trying to increase my knowledge and skills at grading coins, and using what coins are here currently to present to fellow R.K.I's (Reasonably Knowledgeable Individuals) for their experienced opinions.
While I am spending 5-8 hours a day trying to get good photos to post, I am having lots of fun learning much valuable information from this forum.
And I thought you guys would find it amusing how some coins are over graded. And interesting to see how grading skills compare with the PCGS and NGC and ANACS coins presented. I like to mix up the TPG slabs so you won't all think they come from NNC.

Can you show us pics of all of them when ever you post a thread ?
Sure, No problem!

one more question ; are you buying these NNC slabbed coins, or are you sending them in to NNC for grading ?
All of these coins (raw and slabbed NNC, NGC, PCGS, etc.) are owned by my fiance, whose deceased husband was a collector of coins and other items years ago. (He died about 8 years ago, so no, none have been sent to NNC in recent years.

I think that you could benefit greatly if you read some threads in the photography forum. It will make your pictures look much better.
