HMMM I dont know the first thing about grading cents....that said, how about a 66RD, maybe 67RD?

MS65 and I'll bet the label says RD but it's fallen back to RB on the reverse.

This is a wow coin. I cant see it grade at less than MS66 and it looks RD to me. I'll bet this one looks even better in hand
