Has anyone seen, or can anyone explain, this? I can't find it referenced anywhere and what at first looked like a broken die on the 3 causing it, but it's obviously more than that when you look at the 9 as well. And I also can't seem to find that repunched MM error listed. Thanks so much for your help.

It is commonly known as Zinc Rot. Has no added value to the coin. Basically the coin is breaking down and rotting away.
