Perhaps the premiums are too high, and the extra production costs and profits cannot be recovered in the pricing of new mint product. Is it depressed over the whole spectrum (pre-decimal to decimal to modern granny bait) or is the lack of interest limited to one or a few of those areas only? I ask because I have a really nice 1915-H half penny in PCGS AU55 that I am thinking about selling, but it is a hard coin to find a realistic market value for. I'd hate to sell it now, if, by waiting a while I could realize a substantial increase in value. Feel free to PM me so we don't hijack northerncoins thread any further! Report this Post to the Staff
