I noticed that this MM isn't where it is in the other dimes. Any value for something like this? Collectible?

Looks close enough to me to be normal. If I'm correct, these were still punched by hand in 1987?

Correct, all the way up to 1990.

The MM location will vary on each obverse die of hand punched MMs. This is normal for this coin.
