Coin is not PL, Gem, "MS+++", or "monster rainbow" toned; it is ice blue but the ice blue is almost certainly A/T. I see a low MS coin, with a nasty gouge on the cheek at the hair line, and who knows what is on that reverse under the fake tone.
No wonder this low feedback seller already has a terrible 98.5% -- stay away, stay very far away. Low feedback, poorly rated sellers with bad photos of questionable coins listed with dishonest titles = a good way to lose a lot of money on really bad purchases.
Reported listing for keyword spamming and also for violating listing practices by claiming in the listing description that the coin has an eBay-protected grade designator (DMPL) without coin being slabbed by a permitted
TPG.
