It is! Thank you t1, I love ya! I can't believe I missed that result, I entered 40+ searches into icollector and could not find a thing. An update, the coin came, the cleaning is not very noticable, the coin looks nice BUT the stickers on the case damage the box when you peel them, so I left them on.

the coin is on its way to ICCS, the guys down at my LCS say this coin is likely a specimen aswell..i expect the coin to come back as an SP-58-60 cleaned.

well, I am just so confused with ICCS

i received the results today. I know there are people who will say "i told you so, this coin is not a specimen" but I am just shocked with the grade.

not only did all people who saw it in person say it was a specimen, but we all also agreed that it was cleaned which was evidenced by a lot of hairlines....the coin came back as a PL-64. I dont know what to think about ICCS anymore..do they even look at the coin before holdering it?

It means most here already know my opinion... I am waiting to hear the others...

As I told you earlier, show the coin to Sandy Campbell at Coin Expo.

Maybe a little late and now irrevellent , but DBM minus the crown that is Ontario's coat of arms. I think its a case for a Canada Confederation token. Your pictures rang a bell
