I'm just curious if the OP has any thoughts on all of the grading opinions on the CCF versus what is being purchased/purported by these grading companies ACG and NNC.

How do you grade this coin?

I am learning a lot from the grading observations on the members of the forum.
I also am aware of how critical it is to get QUALITY photos that ACCURATELY portray the coin being evaluated!
For my part, I intend to begin learning specializing on evaluation of cents and the criteria for grading used by each of the "Big 3" graders. Each being slightly different, and of course subjective!
There is really no legitimate excuse as to why the industry never went to computerized evaluation is beyond me... except for all the money made by the TPG's in grading coins...
To further confuse the grading issue, the grading criteria seem to change over time!
And I think for copper cents, oxidation and proper coin storage / preservation is critical to maintaining the color of an individual coin.
I think a consensus as to a coins grade can usually be within 2 or 3 grades range. Which is a big deal when one is considering the value changing within that 2 - 3 grade range!
