Reverse appears to have some die cracks. Figured for $1.94 I'll replace the F-VF piece in my book with a better looking piece.

Kinda blurry pics, problem free AU-55 or AU-58?

Might be some light dirt spots on the reverse.

Really weird laminationish reverse. Nice price for that coin. I'd say 53 because there are hints of luster.

EF45, looks like there might be some tape residue on the reverse.

I don't know if you have ever tried to remove stuff with a porcupine quill but this would be a good application especially on the left wheat stalk.

You can grab them off of ebay for next to nothing and they sure come in handy.

The quill would scrape out any gunk stuck between those grain lines and maybe take it up to an AU level: all w/o damaging the coin:

Try to remember to post your after-clean shots side-by-side with the before-clean one. It's easier then to compare the progress or lack of etc.

good luck

Coin shows some minor alloy streaks. The reverse shows damage from crude polishing, or some type of scrapping in the die!
To me this is not suitable for a standard collection. Not gradable. An error coin, yes.

Ok once again I'm the stick in the mud ! first of all this seller is not a novice , if it were light dirt spots on reverse don't you think he would try to remove them since he's listing as an AU ? Even if it were tape residue, you think this seasoned seller never heard of acetone ?
I know the price you paid was pretty cheap but

AU-55 details. Nice obverse but reverse has planchet issues. But the killer is the environmental damage on the left 1/3 of the reverse. Acetone will not remove it or the dis-colorization.
